Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Issue Resolution Professional to join our support engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, resolving complex issues efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, leveraging strong knowledge of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end readiness programs to enhance the skills of support engineers and improve support delivery.
  • Contribute to product and process improvement by providing feedback on product functionality and suggesting enhancements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of technical support or consulting experience, or equivalent degree and experience.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems, including SQL Server Data Warehouse/Azure Synapse.
  • Experience with ETL tools and cloud-based databases.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
