Job Overview
In this role as a Technical Support Professional - Devices and Deployment Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving complex technical issues related to Devices and Deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Response and Resolution: Review complex issues, contact customers, and utilize troubleshooting tools to help resolve customer issues.
- Readiness: Assist in implementing end-to-end readiness programs, develop readiness content, and mentor new Technical Support Engineers.
- Product/Process Improvement: Provide feedback to senior engineers and the product group on product improvement opportunities and identify potential defects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support, consulting experience, or IT experience, preferably in Devices and Deployment.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
