As a Technical Support Specialist at Microsoft Corporation, you will be part of the Customer Service & Success (CE&S) organization. This team is responsible for delivering a seamless support experience to customers worldwide.

Come and help us build trust and confidence with every person and organization through delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the Customer Presales & Retention team to resolve customer technical issues efficiently.

You will participate in communities with peer delivery roles and develop specific technical and professional proficiency to enable you to understand and resolve customer issues effectively. Additionally, you will identify potential product defects and provide feedback to more senior engineers, contributing to Microsoft product improvements.
