**Technical Challenges Ahead**
We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch support services to our customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring system metrics to identify potential issues and provide prompt support
- Owning the incident and service request life-cycle to ensure timely resolution updates to customers
- Following internal SLA and OLA agreements to ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations
- Strong understanding of Linux and Unix administration
- Experience with Internet protocols, Enterprise Security, and DDoS protection
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and written skills to articulate technical information
