Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support group, you will be responsible for resolving complex technical issues related to Alexa services. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and utilize groundbreaking technologies to resolve customer issues
  • Interact with leading engineers worldwide to reproduce and resolve customer issues
  • Partner with Amazon teams globally to provide feedback on how to improve our services
  • Drive customer communication during critical events
  • Develop tools/scripts to enhance the support process

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and dive deep into system details.
