Software Technical Support Professional

We are seeking a Software Technical Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support experience with Microsoft.
Main Responsibilities:
- Solve complex customer cases that require interaction with Software Engineering
- Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues using collaboration and transparency within and across teams
- Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets
- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to help customers achieve their goals
Qualifications:
- Fluent English language skills: reading, writing and speaking
- Windows System Administration/Virtualization
- Windows scripting or PowerShell
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
