Responsibilities:
- Timely and accurate processing of chargeback claims
- Dispute resolution and exception management
- Collaboration with internal and external customers
- Data and systems issue identification and resolution
- Audit support and inquiry response
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Business or Finance
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field, ideally in Finance or data processing
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage large volumes of work
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work independently in a team environment
