Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Microsoft and work directly with commercial customers resolving their most technical support issues.
- Identify cases that require escalation (either technically or strategically).
- Create and maintain incident management requests to product group or engineering group.
- Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation, and other digital self-help assets to improve customer and engineer experience.
