About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative I. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide product information and support to customers through various channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • English language proficiency at B1 level
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proactive approach to resolving customer issues
