We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative I. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide product information and support to customers through various channels.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience
- English language proficiency at B1 level
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proactive approach to resolving customer issues
