At Hr Strategic Solutions, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Customer Experience Advocate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and maintain a strong relationship with us.
About the Job:
- Assist clients with account-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, providing personalized support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients, educating them on additional offerings and benefits to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the client experience and achieve company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales activities, generating reports on performance and metrics as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with familiarity with deposit procedures and financial services (preferred).
- The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
