Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Technical Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and resolving issues related to solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the solar industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A strong passion for technology and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
The Technical Service Representative will be responsible for:
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting of solar panel and inverter issues.
- Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
- Creating and updating documentation to ensure accurate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
