Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer service technician to join our team at the Emerson PWS Global Service Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for Ovation products, including troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.
- Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to ensure effective support delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical background, with experience working with Ovation products and associated systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to adapt to different communication styles.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
