**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized IT Service Desk Technician to join our team at Emerson. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients via remote desktop connections, ensuring timely resolutions and escalating complex issues to higher-level teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Assess and respond to urgent issues in a competent manner
- Identify, analyze, and resolve common technical issues, questions, and problems
- Collaborate with team members to solve complex issues
**Requirements**
- BS Computer Engineering/Information Technology or relevant work experience
- +3 to 4 years' experience as an IT Subject Matter Expert or Local Desk Side Support
