**Job Description**
As a Service Desk Operations Specialist at Encore Theme, you will be the primary point of contact for B2B users who call our service desk to troubleshoot end-user issues. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Log and track all service desk tickets using our defined tracking software
- Maintain accurate records and reports on service desk performance metrics
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in commonly-used software and hardware.
