Service Desk Support Specialist

At Encore Theme, we are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our B2B users, this role requires exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot end-user issues efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide primary user support and customer service, ensuring timely resolution of queries and incidents.
- Follow standard service desk operating procedures, accurately logging all service desk tickets using defined tracking software.
- Maintain scorecards as per Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**Requirements:**
- Fundamental knowledge of commonly-used software, hardware, and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
