Job Description:
The Help Desk Expert will provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Document all client interactions and updates in our knowledge base
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in IT service desk or help desk environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills for various software and hardware applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
