The Help Desk Expert will provide technical support to clients, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Document all client interactions and updates in our knowledge base
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in IT service desk or help desk environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for various software and hardware applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
