Job Description
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers to understand their security and business priorities. As a Sr. Support Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer services experience, identifying upselling opportunities, and leading customer escalation communication.

You will work collaboratively with account teams, services teams, partners, and engineering to resolve customer technical issues quickly and effectively. Your expertise in cybersecurity technologies and heterogeneous environments will enable you to provide valuable insights and guidance to customers.

This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to prioritize work in a demanding environment. If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer services experience to exceed expectations
