As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will be:
- Caring for customers according to our quality standards
- Attending to members' and providers' concerns in a timely manner
- Documenting transactions and customer interactions using approved tools
- FOLLOWING set processes, protocols, company rules, and team house rules
- Collaborating with other CSRs, departments, or clients to find solutions
We require:
- High School graduate
- 1-year experience in a call center setting
- Excellent communication skills
