The Job Description
The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for answering and processing all inbound calls to the Service Desk, making outbound calls in connection with problem resolution, and providing extended support on identified technologies and products.
Qualifications
- C-HS Graduate or Equivalent
- Language skills: French, Spanish, and English
