We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and has a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of technical expertise to troubleshoot complex issues and resolve customer complaints.
As a Customer Advocate, your responsibilities will include managing and resolving conflicts, handling customer inquiries, and providing solutions to meet their needs. You will also need to track orders, verify information, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Our ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a customer-facing role and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. A high school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience is required, along with a customer-first mindset measured through customer experience feedback.
