Job Summary:

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with Amazon teams globally to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
- Leverage extensive customer support experience to provide feedback on how to improve our services
- Drive customer communication during critical events
- Develop and present training content to new hires
