Job Description

The Enterprise Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring the scalability of Customer Success across all customer segments. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to develop strategies to drive retention and adoption.

Main Tasks

  • Maintain a portfolio of customers and prioritize their needs
  • Conduct initial success calls to understand customers' business objectives and use cases
  • Develop high-level Success Plans that track milestones and progress against shared metrics
  • Identify resources for customer self-service and encourage its use

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting or similar roles (SaaS experience preferred)
  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background
  • Knowledge of Data Management, Data Warehouse, Cloud, Enterprise Application Integration, and Database preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
