**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Success Contractor to join our team. This role involves resolving incoming questions from customers via Zendesk ticketing systems and live chat, quickly identifying and reassigning tickets that belong to other product lines, consistently tracking individual bugs and issues in Zendesk, and participating in regular video calls with the Customer Success team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Resolve customer inquiries via Zendesk ticketing systems and live chat

- Participate in regular video calls with the Customer Success team
**Requirements:**
- Unquestionable integrity
- Strong English written skills
- Russian/French language skills a plus
- 18 years of age or older with previous work or internship experience in Customer Support or Helpdesk Role
- Passion for creating a positive user experience
- Strong Customer Focus
- Live Chat & Zendesk Experience preferred
- The ability to learn fast
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies an advantage but not required
