Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer - Customer Experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support experience with Microsoft.

Responsibilities:

  1. Help solve technically complex customer cases that may require interaction with Software Engineering
  2. Responsible for the customer support experience with Microsoft
  3. Own, troubleshoot and solve customer technical issues using collaboration and transparency within and across teams
  4. Identify cases that require escalation and create incident management requests
  5. Contribute to case deflection initiatives, automation and other digital self-help assets
  6. Provide technical coaching and mentoring to help customers achieve their goals

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English language skills: reading, writing and speaking
  • Windows System Administration/Virtualization
  • Windows scripting or PowerShell
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Security, OS Internals concepts
  • Understanding of Virtualization concepts and virtual system administration
