United Parcel Service is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator II to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and supporting business growth.

In this role, you will leverage your strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will enable you to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions, leveraging your analytical skills and creative thinking. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, and a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating logistics and transportation operations, including shipment tracking and delivery confirmation
  • Preparing and analyzing reports to inform business decisions and drive performance improvement
  • Maintaining accurate records and files, adhering to company policies and procedures
