Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our support operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective support and maintenance of our support systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and business context, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized under a workload of ad-hoc, recurrent, project, and proactive tasks with a wide range of priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through effective support and maintenance of our support systems
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall support quality
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- English fluency spoken and written
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay organized under a workload of ad-hoc, recurrent, project, and proactive tasks with a wide range of priorities
- Able to analyze problems and develop creative solutions
