The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing our community spaces, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to our members, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage our community spaces, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary amenities
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and networking sessions to foster a sense of community among our members
  • Collaborate with our Community Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a hospitality or business services setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues alike
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and basic IT equipment
