About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Systems Coordinator to join our IT Support team. As a key member of our operations team, you will assist management in various aspects of team operations, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to employees and guests, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with colleagues, providing clear and professional language
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
