The Digital Global Workplace Solution Engineer, Senior, plays a key role in driving this transformation by developing and deploying solutions that meet the needs of our Global Security and Global Workplace Solution partners.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that drive business outcomes and improve the colleague workplace experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and develop technical solutions that meet business requirements
- Implement effective integration strategies to ensure seamless communication between systems
- Partner with internal stakeholders to establish technology standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
- Develop and deliver training programs to support the adoption of new technologies
- Oversight of vendors and contractors as needed
- Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Balance working across numerous concurrent project teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business, or an affiliated field
- Extensive years of working experience designing and implementing enterprise level solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative mindset with strong delivery-oriented values
- Broad knowledge of corporate enterprise systems
