The Dispatcher - Corporate Fuel Management role is at the heart of our specialized offerings to large corporate aircraft fleets, which is one of the key market differentiators for WFS Aviation. This position combines customer service with sales and operational support for our most demanding customer database.
Key Responsibilities- Quote and arrange fuel for targeted customers in the Fuel Management program.
- Arrange fuel for clients where WFS is handling international trip support services.
- Submit sales orders to appropriate suppliers and/or airport contacts.
- Analyze client schedules from the fuel management program and deliver quotes and sales orders.
- Support the North American sales team with quotes and sales orders.
- Interface with clients to ensure their fueling needs are met.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and resolve all incidents.
- At least 1 year experience in the aviation industry.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Flexibility to work on weekends.
- Bachelor's degree related to the role.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
