Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team at TreviPay. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and merchants, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to their inquiries and issues.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and merchants, each with unique needs and challenges. You will be expected to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Your strong customer service skills will enable you to build trust and rapport with our clients, resulting in increased program usage and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of customer support experience, with a focus on inbound calls. You should be organized, self-sufficient, and able to communicate effectively with leadership. A proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is also essential. Additionally, bilingualism in English and Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of customer support experience with a focus on inbound calls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Bilingualism in English and Spanish (a plus)
