Customer Service Solutions Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a Customer Service Solutions Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  2. Develop and implement solutions to enhance customer experience.
  3. Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  5. Contribute to the development of training programs and knowledge bases to support customer-facing teams.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
