Job Description
This role is responsible for leading the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Team Leader, you will develop and execute strategies to provide superior customer service, manage team performance, and drive continuous process improvement.
You will be responsible for overall delivery of prompt, accurate processing of customer orders, inquiries, and timely resolution of customer issues and complaints. You will also develop and maintain continuous process improvement programs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the processing of customer orders, inquiries, and resolve customer issues and complaints

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within Logistics, Supply Chain, Imports, and customer-centric organizations
- Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory role with strong communication, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Detailed-oriented with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Knowledge of imports and exports, as well as strong interpersonal skills to negotiate and resolve supply chain issues
