Job Summary:
We're seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Hr Strategic Solutions. This role is perfect for someone who excels in customer-facing environments and has a passion for driving business growth through effective relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing account-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling, leveraging product knowledge and industry expertise.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and continuous improvement of the client experience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and consistently exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of financial services and deposit procedures, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
