About Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl
Our organization is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Selling Partner Success Manager. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services (SAS) team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth for some of the most influential Selling Partners on the Amazon platform.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B environments. They will be responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and professional operational support to all Selling Partners within a specified SLA, while also identifying opportunities to improve business input metrics that drive growth and enhance the end customer experience.
- Selling Partner Support and Business Growth:
- - Deliver results in a cross-functional environment
- - Identify and action improvements to business input metrics
- - Provide advice on how to enhance Selling Partner performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Selling Partner Relationship Management:
- - Build strong relationships with Selling Partners
- - Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for issues, questions, and concerns
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in E-Commerce, Corporate Retail, Consulting, and/or B2B
- E-Commerce experience preferred
- Strong service mindset and ability to use metrics to measure service levels
