Job Title: Senior Account ManagerThis exciting opportunity is for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Strategic Account Services organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth for some of our most influential sellers on the Amazon platform, ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction by delivering a high level of service through strategic insights and relentlessly high operational standards.
Key Job Responsibilities- Selling Partner Support and Business Growth:
- Identify and implement strategies to improve business input metrics that drive growth and enhance end customer experience.
- Provide timely and accurate operational support to all Selling Partners within a specified Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Selling Partner Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with your Selling Partners, serving as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for their issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve Selling Partner issues and questions efficiently and effectively.
- Program Process Excellence:
- Drive process improvements and innovations that enhance Selling Partner experiences and meet business needs in a rapidly changing environment.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of tools, standard operating procedures, and processes within Selling Partner Services.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, sales operations, marketing, buying, or customer service or publicity agencies.
- E-commerce experience is desirable.
- Program management and Scrum experience is essential.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven organizational skills, including prioritization, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines with expertise in Excel.
- Able to learn and adapt to new tools and processes, applying them effectively for service delivery.
- A service-oriented mindset, using metrics to measure service levels.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to compose clear, concise, and targeted responses.
