We are Amazon Support Services Costa Rica Srl - B20, and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our US Self-Service Recruitment Sales team. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business development and helping our Selling Partners achieve their goals. We are committed to supporting our partners as they grow and develop their businesses on Amazon, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for innovation and customer satisfaction.
About the Role
This is an exciting new role within our organization that offers a unique opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in sales support and operations. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume book of business, prioritizing high-value opportunities, and helping our Selling Partners work towards their Amazon launch. You will also be responsible for presenting decision makers with high-level value props for Selling on Amazon, Fulfillment by Amazon, and Advertising programs. If you have a passion for learning about the evolving landscape of Selling on Amazon and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, this may be the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential Selling Partners who have not yet launched via outbound outreach
- Develop and maintain relationships with our Selling Partners to provide ongoing support and guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to common challenges faced by our Selling Partners
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes and services
Requirements
- 5+ years' sales support or sales operations experience
- Experience working with e-commerce business models, online marketing tactics, and direct competitive landscapes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
