We are seeking a talented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Zm Financial Systems. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting a global process, conducting multiple data-related tasks, and providing administrative support to our rating analysts.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing and supporting documents download processes, participating in process improvements discussions, and performing administrative tasks such as data updates, prepares rating action, bulk rating actions, publishing ratings, research and press release templates and disclosures consistent with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines for designated Line of Business (LOB) support.

To be successful in this role, you should have an undergraduate degree in a Financial field such as Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related field. In addition, you should possess strong administrator skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to complete repetitive processes with no error. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot tables, lookup), and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are also essential.

This role requires the ability to work independently, handle complex business concepts, and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. You will also need to demonstrate flexibility, willingness to learn, and contribute positively to the team under pressure or when performing routine and/or administrative tasks.
