Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team at Bma Group.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Built strong relationships with customers and prospects through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/GED plus established minimum requirements for the position
  • 100% proficiency in English
  • College Degree in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Requires 2+ years of outbound telesales experience, technology experience preferred
