The Customer Experience Manager role at Equifax is a pivotal position that demands exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach.
About the Role:- This role involves overseeing a team of 10-20 agents, ensuring they deliver high-quality results while adhering to business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing standards, processes, and compliance measures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will be responsible for maintaining one-on-one meetings with direct reports, analyzing productivity metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Motivating and inspiring the team to excel in their roles, fostering a sense of ownership, and modeling company policies and values are essential aspects of this position.
- A minimum of a High School degree Diploma is required, along with English proficiency (B2 or C1 level) and prior experience as a Supervisor, SME, or Backup supervisor.
- Cross-training in GCC-GCS is also desirable.
- Knowledge of coaching techniques, communication skills, time management, and process improvement is highly valued.
- Previous experience in Training or Quality Departments can be an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, determine solutions, and resolve sensitive problems.
- Proficiency in tools such as Spotfire, Genesys, Time Tracker, Workflow, and Tableau can be beneficial.
