About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Operations Manager to join our team at Aligntech.
Job Summary
The Customer Experience Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our internal call center, providing operational/business process support to internal and external customers for our company products and services.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure quality service and operational performance within the parameters of program and delivery standards;
- Analyze operational processes, establish escalation procedures and oversee training needs assessments to identify opportunities for service delivery improvements;
- Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function;
- Manage projects, including contract negotiations, customer account relationship management and financial results (call center profit and loss responsibility).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or Master's degree with 0-12 months of experience;
- Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience;
- Leadership skills, ability to influence and motivate others, drive vision and purpose, and financial acumen skills;
- Strategic mindset, resourcefulness, project management skills, PMP, and ITIL V3 certification.
Compensation Package
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
