Commercial Leadership Director for Revenue Growth

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Leadership Director to lead our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy in the zone, driving the implementation and deployment of RGM capabilities across our franchise system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the RGM Agenda: Take overall leadership on the advancement of RGM projects in each country/territory, driving implementation, aligning stakeholders, and providing effective tracking across company and bottler teams.
- Champion Capability Deployment: Introduce core solutions that enhance decision-making processes for Franchise Teams, equipping them with data-driven decision making solutions.
- Deliver Performance Tracking: Incorporate market trends, shopper behaviors, and channel insights into RGM strategies, defining the strategic RGM direction for territories under scope.
- Collaborate with LATAM RGM Team: Ensure cohesive RGM strategy design and capability deployment, aligning decision-making processes across countries or regions within scope.
- Lead OBPPC Process: Implement the Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, and Channel process within the Franchise, understanding unique opportunities and challenges in the zone.
- Ensure Delivery of Key Initiatives: Lead RGM governance routines to ensure delivery of key RGM initiatives across the franchise, connecting relevant expertise within the Operating Unit while ensuring initiatives are 'in-sync' with the broader LATAM RGM strategy.
Requirements:
- Strong Strategic Thinking: Ability to lead large-scale strategic projects, navigating strategy design and tactical execution with robust project management approaches.
- Experience with Enterprise Tools: Understand what it takes to design, build, support, and continuously improve large-scale tools in diverse and complex environments.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Solid foundation in the beverages or FMCG sector, and prior experience in various RGM and/or commercial disciplines including product portfolio strategy, pricing, and translating strategy into execution.
- Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in engaging and influencing stakeholders for decision-making and taking into account multiple points of view.
- Communication Focus: Sharp communication and outstanding influencing skills with the desire to collaborate with different stakeholders, being able to connect and lead problem-solving conversations.
