Job Overview

This role is a critical part of our commercial team, responsible for supporting the global sales team in achieving business objectives. As a Business Development Coordinator (Catman), you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in sales operations, preferably with experience working with multinational retailers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
