Buscamos Commercial Manager para sumar a nuestra operación de Costa Rica Liderar la operación comercial de ventas en Costa Rica, desarrollando y ejecutando la estrategia del negocio, como también a la propuesta de valor de PedidosYa.Desarrollar estrategia y seguimiento de Field Hunting con el fin de adquirir nuevos comercios e identificar potenciales clientes en conjunto con el equipo de huntersVelar por el alcance de los resultados, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y construyendo relaciones sólidas con stakeholders internos y externos, y partners estratégicos.Involucrarse en el desarrollo de las estrategias de Marketing contribuyendo al éxito en la implementación de las mismas (promocionalidad, uso eficiente del budget, etc)Ser owner de los resultados del país (principales KPIs de performance), a través de su análisis, seguimiento y diseño de planes tácticos frente a posibles desvíos.Planificación y ejecución de las estrategias comerciales, enfocadas a incrementar resultados del negocio, en todas las verticales de la compañía.Gestionar una relación comercial de alto nivel con comercios y stakeholders afiliados a PedidosYa.QualificationsProfesionales graduados de carreras como Administración de empresas, Economia, o estudios a fines. Experiencia sólida liderando equipos comerciales, guiando la consecución de los resultados.Excelentes capabilities comerciales que garanticen la correcta gestión y cumplimiento de los KPIs de negocio.Perfil analítico y data driven con conocimiento de herramientas de análisis de datos (Looker, Data Studio, Tableau)Manejo avanzado de GSuite y Salesforce Manejo de inglés.Tener una visión 360 sobre el negocio, de forma estratégica, comercial y analítica, para poder llevar a los comercios a un siguiente nivel.Additional InformationCrear valor para un gran ecosistema de negocios, con foco en la persona usuaria, porque somos user centric.Jugar en equipo siempre.Moverte a la velocidad de tus ideas.Aprender, desarrollarte y reinventarte.Generar impacto positivo en las personas y el planeta.Trabajar en #ModoPeYa: nuestra manera de trabajar focalizada en la flexibilidad y orientada a lograr un buen balance dentro y fuera de la oficinaLa diversidad de talento potencia nuestra Cooltura y nuestra organización.
