Job Description
We are seeking a Pricing Strategy Lead to join our team in Latin America. As a Pricing Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for designing, scaling, and developing OBPPC (occasion, brand, product, price, channel) strategies across OU, supported by RGM capabilities.
Key Accountabilities
- Design and develop integrated OBPPC strategies to support top-line revenue growth and margin expansion through RGM perspective.
- Lead the design of OBPPC methodologies based on Categories Strategic Framework, including RGM models and global solutions to address opportunities.
- Collaborate with RGM Global to deploy new tools and execute landing discussions.
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you should have 12+ years of experience in commercial areas, with mastery in Portfolio evolution strategies, OBPPC definition, and proven experience in managing complex cross-functional projects. Strong strategic thinking, data analysis skills, and tool development experience are also required.
