About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes short and long-range strategic, divisional goals and objectives consistent with organizational guidelines
  • Oversees management of all personnel activities, including hiring, training, and evaluating team members' performance
  • Develops constructive relationships with management of Support Departments by improving responsiveness and connections

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience
  • 5-8 years of experience directly managing/supervising employees
  • Master's or Postgraduate Degree in Business/International Business/Marketing preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales/Marketing/Business field required
