Space44 is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of the senior management team, you will contribute to overall company strategy and decision making by providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement account management strategies to retain and grow revenue from existing customers
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver targeted sales campaigns
- Act as a key member of the senior management team, contributing to overall company strategy and decision making
- Manage and develop key account relationships
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership
- Experience managing and coaching sales teams
- Familiarity with software development and related technologies
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
