Job Overview:

Space44 is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our team. As a key member of the senior management team, you will contribute to overall company strategy and decision making by providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to retain and grow revenue from existing customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and deliver targeted sales campaigns
  • Act as a key member of the senior management team, contributing to overall company strategy and decision making
  • Manage and develop key account relationships

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership
  • Experience managing and coaching sales teams
  • Familiarity with software development and related technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
