**Drive Revenue Growth with Zuora**
Zuora's vision for a world subscribed is within reach, and we are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to help us achieve it. In this critical role, you will work closely with customers to help them get the most out of their Zuora investments and drive engagement towards optimal solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to draw on your customer-facing skills and technical acumen to help customers successfully manage and adopt Zuora products. You will conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, and support sessions with customers, and collaborate with our product engineers to identify customer use cases and feedback.
You will create, review, and understand data/object models documentation, process flows, and architecture diagrams. Helping maintain the overall customer health and focusing on the technical health of the customer will be crucial to your success in this position.
You will establish and maintain system configuration, architectures, and runbooks for each customer, providing expertise on their Zuora product configuration, APIs, and integration best practices. Documenting requirements and user stories, reviewing them with customers, and designing and documenting sound functional and technical solutions will be essential duties.
This role requires strong leadership abilities to lead business discussions with customers and architect the value of our solution and best practices to implement it. Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation will be valuable assets in this position.
