We are seeking a Cloud Account Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, ensuring their cloud services run smoothly and efficiently. You will be the primary point of contact for account-related inquiries, and will work closely with our technical teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, collections or accounts receivable">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills">
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously">
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and ability to learn other software systems">
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time">
