Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team at Maersk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
- Manage interaction with refrigerated cargo customer portfolio, including direct communication with customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, particularly in the United States, to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Analyze and improve the service provided to customers to maximize profitability.
- Ensure all products and services are sold to customers to meet their needs and maximize revenue.
- Build strong relationships with all stakeholders, including offshore GSC teams.
- Manage customer satisfaction and have experience with customer interaction.
- Understand customers' business drivers, needs, and requirements.
- Manage the sales pipeline, segmentation, and accurate forecasting.
- Handle incoming customer service queries, issues, and exception management.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience in Maritime Transportation, Air Transportation, or Inland is preferred.
- Experience in logistics is desirable.
- Experience in reefer cargo is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade, or a similar field.
- English: Intermediate.
- Proactive.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking and influence.
